Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-size:12pt">This is a geographic area of permit coverage in Chelan County that's required under the small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) located in eastern Washington State, which is bounded on the western side by the Cascade Mountain crest except in Yakima and Klickitat counties which are, in their entireties, included. </SPAN></P><P /><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-size:12pt">The geographic area of coverage is the urbanized areas and the unincorporated urban growth areas associated with permitted Cities within the urbanized areas that are under the jurisdictional control of the County. The geographic area of coverage also includes any urban growth areas that are contiguous to permitted urbanized areas that are under the jurisdictional control of the County.</SPAN></P><P /><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
